Battle of the Best

Today Devon intermediate came to school to do a friendly battle of the schools for a trophy Mokoia intermediate hasn`t lost since 2008 and today We won in Girls soccer, Boys soccer, Three games of  Netball and Basketball but we lost rugby,
We are definitely going to keep the trophy but till next time Devon may have a good comeback.
Every second year we go to Devon intermediate and the next year they come to us.
I never competed in the Devon exchange but i saw a lot and i think Devon did really well.

Who am I?

FIRST STANZA

I am as scary as the devil and as quicker than a blink of your eyes.

I wonder if anyone will trespass tonight.

I hear the rush of a pathetic human.

I see frightened people run for their life

I want play a creepy game

I am as scary as the devil and as quicker than a blink of your eyes.

 

SECOND STANZA

I pretend to act promising but hunger for your death

I feel a rush of frightened people and stare as they run away.

I touch their cold skin as they stumble to their death.

I worry about the light in my face.

I cry with failure if they succeed my game.

I am as scary as the devil and as quicker than a blink of your eyes.

THIRD STANZA

I understand little but enough to have fun

I say nothing but screech and release screams from my empty face.

I dream Nothing because night time is time to strike

I try and succeed at all my games.

I hope YOU COME TONIGHT!!!
